Products for hormonal acne

I’ve been dealing acne for seven years and I’m tired of dropping money on something that never goes away. I have sensitive combination skin and hormonal acne. I can’t afford to see a dermatologist or gynecologist so are there any products that clear hormonal acne? I have acne on my t zone, my cheeks and my jawline. I’m also super prone to dry skin. I’m kind of losing hope 😔
