Pregnant?

Ok, I’m so confused 😅..

I got what I thought was my period on Friday (1 week ago) but it was a weird period.. like only spotting with darker blood, absolutely no cramps and it only lasted 3 days.. the last few days I have been having slight cramps down low in my abdomen.. I have been testing and I swear I can slowly see a line forming but is that even possible!? 1 week after bleeding and I’m only just getting a faint line..

Anyone else experience this and end up being pregnant?
