So we’ve been staying with my parents in Maine the past few weeks (from Australia) and they have wood stove heat. Baby girl has been super stuffy and we saline spray and suction her nose 3-4 times a day. She seems to be eating enough because her output is normal....

But we just had a scary moment....

I was sleeping and she was writhing a bit in her pack and play and my husband (still awake) was convinced she wasn’t breathing. There were some wet marks that look like she was coughing/spitting and I didn’t even hear it 😭

He said it wasn’t loud just different.

She’s on the boob now and seems happy.

No sign of sinus infection or anything.

How is everyone relieving a stuffed up babe?!
