Face mask exemptions

Right hopefully posted in correct room now!

Possibly an unpopular opinion here but....

I seem to notice a fair amount of people not wearing face masks because they are exempt, which of course fair enough if you are actually legitimately exempt. However, I see the majority of these people then come out of the shop to light up a fag, so your condition is so bad you can't wear a face mask but you're OK to smoke and put poison into your body which is proven to eventually kill you or cause cancer.... go figure!
