A little worried - possible trigger

Is there anyone here that had a miscarriage or stillbirth but didn't know you was pregnant until you became Ill from leftover tissue/stuff?

Meaning, I got 1 digital positive, and a couple faint then negative again so if I was then it wasnt ever confirmed.

I'm sorry if that seems insensitive. I'm just a little worried and haven't exactly came out as ttc. I'm not on a personal level with my doctor so I don't want to go and seem like I'm making a big deal for nothing. I just think I had a possible miscarriage a few months ago and am unsure about everything since then.

At my last appointment she was a little concerned about the amount of discharge I had but didn't say anything else about it. She was too concerned about putting me on birth control! If anyone could give me insight I would appreciate it! Thank you!
