Possibly pregnant after gastric sleeve?

Hi ladies!

I’m 8 DPO today. I had the gastric sleeve just about a year ago, I’m down 170lbs! I was using birth control due to rapid weight loss but stopped about three months ago. We BD and the next morning I got the peak smiley face on CB opk but then low fertility later that same day (used another tester). What was that about?

I had mild cramps yesterday, moderate cramping today, I was SO uncomfortable at one point, then mild through the day feeling it mostly on my left side w/ CCM, more today than yesterday. My breasts/nipples have been kinda sore and achy and I’ve just felt weird the past two days, especially today.

We haven’t had unprotected sex since my surgery and I know I’m probably more fertile due to the weight loss so could I maybe be pregnant or am I in my head a little? Just nervous since I’m still getting used to my new body but I’ve never felt like this before.
