Help please! :)

Hi ladies, my boyfriend and I had sex on the 13th(he wore a condom, I’m not on the pill), and I was sore the next day, but it’s been 5 days since then, and I’m experiencing cramping/stabbing where I typically have menstrual cramps and some constant aching low back pain. Is this normal or have any of you experienced this as well? I’m about a week and a half away from my period but normally don’t cramp or have this pain until 3-4 days before my period.
