Sex problems sorry if tmi

So I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant and me and my partner can't have sex. I'm literally gagging for it but even him putting a finger in hurts. He has rough hands so that doesn't help but it's like even his fingers feel too big. We have always had issues with sex because he's a big guy and I'm quite tight bit since getting pregnant it seems so tight we just can't do anything. Even lube doesn't help. for play is just too uncomfortable so we just don't bother and it's killing me at the moment. Any tips or ideas what the problem could be. I meant to mention it to my doctor last time I went but she rushed the appointment so fast I forgot to ask all my questions.
