Surgery while pregnant

Well went to hospital by ambulance last night. Was having severe pains in my right side (ovary location) come to find out after ct scan and ultrasounds, I was supposed to be pregnant with twins but only one fetus made it to the uterus. The other was lodged in my right tube and had ruptured. The went in and removed my right tube and the eptopic pregnancy. Now we are praying the fetus that's where it's supposed to be makes it. As of yesterday I was measuring 6 weeks and the ultrasound is picking up the sac and it measures correctly for growth however there was no heartbeat yet. Please send prayers for our baby! For me right now I'm laid up in pain unable to get around much. I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks to check in on our peanut!
