Kind of a wreck......

I'm 6w5d and am spotting ever so slightly, no cramps or anything, but the spotting is brownish w some redder spots. No clots either. Just a ball of nerves now. The ob office is squeezing me in today at 115p for an ultrasound/exam and bloodwork of which I'm glad they're doing bc the cancelled my appt last week. My hubs teaches so I don't know if he'll be able to be there which makes it harder. Just hoping everything turns out fine.
