please help

okay ladies i need advice. so basically i switched to a new bc at the end of last month and this one is horrible also. i don’t feel like myself at all i’m so anxious and sad all the time. i rlly want to stop it. according to my period app my period should’ve started today but this was synced will my old pills and my placebo week isn’t until next week in this pack. i had unprotected sex with my bf last night, he pulled out (but ik tht isn’t reliable). if i want to just stop my pills cold turkey should i keep taking them 5 days first so any living sperm in me would die or do you think that i could stop them today and not have to worry about becoming pregnant? please help
