Baby acne or rash?

Does this look like normal baby acne? My other boys never had it this bad. He’s one month old today and it seems to be getting worse. It’s also on his neck, a couple spots on his legs, it’s going down his chest and onto his arms.

Doc said its eczema 🤷🏻‍♀️ I thought he was out of his mind but I got a eczema cream and it has helped him soooo much! Give it a try!

It may cause from breastfeeding as well. Depending WHT is in your diet.
I had the exact same thing. It turned out it was my breast milk which gave him rashes all over his face, chest, and back. I thoi9it was heat rash but it turned out to be milk pimple/rash. I changed my diet by not having dairy, spicy, and acidy foods, onion and garlic.

My doc said this is a breastfeeding related allergy. He told me to avoid nuts, any red foods, shellfish, citrus (yes OJ too) and spicy food. I have followed this and no more breakouts. What also helped for my baby boy was bathing him in chamomile tea (fresh leaves) after his regular bath.

Sometimes the detergent you wash your clothes with can irritate baby's skin. I found when I washed my bras in Gain-Original and would breast feed my little guy, who is just about 6 weeks at the moment, he would get a similar rash. I always wash my eighteen month old and six week old's laundry with Ivory Soft-Stage One Infant laundry detergent. I found when I stopped using the Gain- Original on my bras and shirts, and started only using Ivory Soft-Stage One Infant on all of our laundry, the rash was gone. I would alsk bath baby with only a small amount of aveeno lavender calming with oatmeal bodywash, with the purple lid. Pat dry. Use lots of vaseline. 
Hope you figure out what the cause is. Penaton Zinc cream is great to use on rashes. Gentle for baby, but works well.

My son has it too. Doctor recommended wiping the face only with Luke warm water using norwex baby cloth and not applying any product. It's gotten better over the last week

Possibly heat rash my daughter had it bad on her face and chest when the house was to warm
