Friend of mine is pregnant, she just found out it’s a boy and is devastated

Feeling so conflicted right now. I get that gender disappointment is a thing.. but it only took her TWO months to get pregnant! We’ve been trying for three years! I don’t mean to invalidate her feelings but like... she should be so grateful to even be pregnant. She straight up told me she doesn’t want to be pregnant anymore 😭

How do I give her support through this 😔 I don’t know what to say to her to help her.
