Ouch!

I'm 16 weeks with twins and I keep getting this awful pain inside my vagina, pretty high up and to one side. It seems worse if I get up and wall, and it comes and goes. I also get pain on the same side that almost feels like my butt bone hurts when I walk. I have an appointment next week, but until then, any thoughts? !
