Could it be?

I haven't had my period since 11/13 and it lasted for alil over a week. I did 4 tests between Christmas and the second week of January and all of them had very very very faint lines and the last test was a few days ago which was BFN. (I have irregular cycles, have been to 3 different OBGYN, they did blood work and tests and my ovaries are normal and have no signs of PCOS or endorse).

I have been dizzy off and on for a few weeks, no cramps, but have felt off. Well last night I went and peed and wiped and there was very very faint pink. I went to the bathroom this afternoon and had the same issue but didn't have anything earlier.

Is this my period or could it be early pregnancy? I have an appt Tuesday for a pee test again and ultra sound.
