Could i be pregnant?

My stomach hurts when I move sideways my back and neck and other places are sore sometimes my breasts are tender I get cramps that feel like pressure is on my bladder my breasts are getting rounder and has more of a shape and get headaches out of the blue and im having nightmares about the baby being in danger or getting hurt. also I have been more horny than usual. Please help. Could I be pregnant or just paranoid?
