I’m so upset
I didnt know I was pregnant I am about 2-3 weeks now , I was drinking Buchanan’s w my fiancé last week & two nights ago we went out for drinks with my sisters .. I drank a lot . The next day I tested because my appetite has been off & bam super positive test I feel so guilty ..... 😪 will it hurt my baby ???? I am trying to schedule my first appt
