Anyone using pregnancy pillows?

I am so confused about these pregnancy pillows. It really looks like a comfortable choice but not very sure? Should I purchase one?? Also, which one is better? U-shaped one or C shaped one?

I love this one it has a detachable backside which for me is great because I like having my husband able to come up and cuddle behind me I had a regular u-shaped one last time but it took up so much space all the time that I ended up getting rid of it right after the pregnancy ended because it's just so hard to store.

It’s really personal preference but yes they are comfortable.  I love my U shaped one because it lets me switch from one side to the other easily without having to move that giant pillow

I have a c shaped one that I received as a gift. I really think they are unnecessary and a bit cumbersome in bed. I definitely needed something in between my legs after like week 32 or so for my hips but really think a regular pillow would have been sufficient. I found it soooooo hard to get out of bed to pee, especially at the end and I had a pretty small bump and I usually had to pee 1-4 times a night. Sometimes it took all my strength to roll over this freaking pillow (and to put into perspective I did HIIT classes until 38 weeks so I was in great shape). It also didn’t allow for any snuggling because it was so big. I see that many people use it as their pillow too but it was not supportive enough for me so it was just awkward to get comfy with my regular pillow. I’d save the $60 or whatever and just go buy a cheap pillow from target for your hips.

I had a u shaped one with my first pregnancy and kind of hated it.  It took up so much room and where you lay your head the fabric dug into my neck/shoulders and hurt.  I had to use my regular pillow on top of it so I could sleep a little more comfortably. It was bulky to store and ended up throwing away.  However it was nice to be able to just roll from side to side easily and have the pillow right there. I think it did help keep me from being on my back more too.  But that wasn't enough to keep me from throwing it out.  This time, I got a mini Snoogle and it takes up so much less space and I can use my normal pillow without interference.  The only thing I'm not a fan of is it seems like the stuffing is already giving a little.  It also is a little harder to roll from side to side.  But I still like it better than the u shaped one.

Omg it’s the best thing EVER. I swear by it and was so excited to break it out for this pregnancy! I have a c-shaped and love it because I can even curl it around me if I needed to. I also wrapped it around me as a breastfeeding pillow when my son was born. I’ve even found my husband curled up on it a few times even though he says he hates it and takes over the whole bed 😂😂

I just use a body pillow like I have been for the past ten years. The pregnancy pillow was too big and not comfortable.

I started having headaches and pain waking up so pulled out the old pregnancy pillow and got a good night sleep finally no pain. I have c shaped. I also have the unfortunate thing where I can so easily get a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder area so that's what this helps with.

Anyone using pregnancy pillows?
