Plan B while ovulating.

My boyfriend and I had sex on the 16th which is the first day of my ovulation period.. he finished inside so took a plan B shortly after (first time) I later read that Plan B is ineffective while ovulating or close to ovulation, I also didn’t have any of the side effects of the pill that I have heard so much about. What do you ladies think? Should I be worried I know my peak day was on the 21st 🥴
