Itchy, help!!

So I’m 11 weeks today and had some dryness around the nipple area and woke two days ago with them super itchy and felt on fire. I used a cold compress on them to ease it, my regular unscented lotion didn’t help and plain Vaseline made it worse. Then I ended up breaking out under my boobs, under my bra band in red spots. Not sure what’s causing this.. sweating, new bra, sensitive to detergent or hormones but I need relief! Asked pharmacist and he said hydrocortisone, polysporin and lanolin were unknown to be safe during pregnancy unless prescribed by my doctor and I won’t see her for another 2 weeks to see what she recommends. What do you ladies use??
