Endometrial Laproscopy

I went to my gynecologist on Friday after feeling popping in my uterus for 2 weeks. With that pain and my other constant pain he’s gonna do a laparoscopy for endometriosis. He got me scheduled very fast and now I’m kinda freaking out. I’ve only had one surgery in my life and it wasn’t even anything. I have surgery on the 16th of March for those who have had it done help me out and calm me down please. The internet only says so much. What helped you out after the surgery?
