TTC update (2/22)

Sorry ladies i have been slacking on couple days due to depression 👎🏽 anyways, I switched it up to bbt.this is my first time doing everything so any tips/advices would be great. According to my opk strips, my peak was CD17. Bd 3-5 days before that and during my peak and ovulation day(next day CD18) *correct me if I’m wrong. Now, I’m 7dpo slight cramp on right ovary feel like tits is heavy but I think it’s all in my head. Had sinus last week, it’s finally coming down a bit but still blowing my nose today(7days in a row)

Had a miscarriage with my first last year jan. Praying for rainbow baby 👶
