Slow rising beta hcg

So went to the er because I was having some right n left side pain. I was also very light headed. They did an ultrasound and only saw a gestational sac. They said it looks like I’m about 5 weeks and a few days. They also did a beta and it was only 3246. :( now let’s go back to Friday. I went for an ultrasound and they didn’t see not even a gestational sac . They did blood work and it was 2017. I big jump from the one 4 days before that. So now I’m beyond worried 😟 they did the blood work around 1am This morning:( so now they said I need to see what my doctor wants to do. Ugh this doesn’t seem to promising 💔
