17weeks1day PAINS please help

I’m having really horrible pains when I move / even laying still ect where my feet are it hurts to move them up or down and when I’m walking / bending them ect where I’ve scribbled green on the photos and also hurts where my leg folds and arms fold what could this be ? Can’t get hold of go but it’s been like this for 4 days I’m 17w1d haven’t seen a midwife yet either only at 9weeks4days
