Anyone knows what that bubble thingy is at the top?

Im meeting with my DR next week but anyone can tell me what that black bubble seem to be. Seems like its part of the placenta. 
I know you guys are not doctors but just wondering if you guys have ever seen that. (I was 18w3d in this scan)

Looks like it could be a sub chorionic hemorrhage. A little blood pocket. Don’t quote me, I’m not expert. They happen often. Sometimes you bleed, sometimes you don’t. Ask your doctor.

I'm not an expert but with my daughter I had something similar looking (but much much bigger) and they sent me to fetal medicine & they said it was a pool of blood in the placenta and as long as it didn't get bigger it would be ok. It got a little bigger but not by much. So all was well. If they didn't say anything, I wouldn't worry. If you are really worried, ask your OB the next time you see them. It could also just be the ￼angle too. It is hard to tell.
