Yesterday I had my 16w appt and was pleasantly surprised when the doc said we’d listen for her heartbeat! We only did a silent US at my 10w. She was being really fickle and kept moving and spinning so we only caught her heartbeat for two short bursts.... I fell for her right then and there!

(I’ve just felt so yuck this whole time & have been stressed over how she’s doing! That little heartbeat just solidified everything for me and made it real!)

Now, I can’t wait to feel her move & see her again on the anatomy scan where she’ll look like more than a 10w gummy bear!!
