Super heavy flow

I'm worried. My flow right now is extremely heavy (I went through maybe five or six tampons the first and second day, each) and painful, unlike how it used to be. There are a lot of big blood clots coming though. This whole past month my boobs have been really sore. Basically, my question is: wtf is happening?
