Miscarriage or something else

I have had my menstrual since Jan. 27 and it lasted 10 days. I was spotting with abdominal pain and cramps for 1 wk. Yesterday i felt a sharp pain to my lower abdominal area n felt something coming down and put of my vaginal area. I went to the restroom and i did not hear anything fall in the toilet. So I wiped and i say a Kidney bean looking tissue/ meat like. I touched it and it felt like when u touch flesh. I thought it was a clot. Once that came put of me i had no more pain, bleeding has decreased.

Miscarriage or something else? I have an appt to get a Sonogram n to see my GYN on thursday 2/25/2021.
