What happens at an anatomy scan?

I was meant to have it at 22 weeks but because of multiple reasons fro my side and my doctors too, I'll be getting it done at 19+4 or 20 weeks. Is that too early?

It's a longer scan. They check everything. Measure bones, look at the heart, kidneys, liver, brain. All the things. Sometimes this is the scan where you can find out what baby is, if baby cooperates and you want to know. But it's mainly to check measurements and organs.

Anatomy scan is important, they check heart, brain etc, basically check everything and its much longer then our first scan we had previously, also tell you babys gender if you dont know yet. During my anatomy scan they checked all limbs, length measurements, head, brain, heart, spine etc.
