How do I store breast milk?

Question

I know I can store breast milk in the fridge that would have to be drank by on/by the 4th day but what about freezing it? On the 4th day can I then move it to the freezer off it won’t be used in time of expiration? Any advice would help! Totally new to this breastfeeding journey

I usually moved it to the freezer by the 3rd day but my baby ended up refusing previously frozen milk 🙄

I suggest out it in the freezer as soon as possible. That way it is frozen on its freshest state. 
If you know you need some in frige, keep it there.

Yes! If my son doesn’t drink the pumped milk by the fourth day I freeze it. I always try to have a little stash in the freezer

Its usually a 6/6/6 rule. 6 hours room temp, 6 days in the fridge (dependent on the smell), and 6 months in the freezer attached to your fridge. If its in your deep freezer it can last over a year because milk doesnt go bad it just loses nutritional value

And milk thts been completely unthawed HAS to be used within 24 hours. Milk thats unthawed but still has ice crystals or frozen milk chunks can be refrozen, but i always use the liquid and refreeze whatever crystals are left
