Link between birth method and tears?
Purely out of curiosity, as I’ve heard different theories behind it, but what is everyone’s experience between having natural birth/epidural (or other pain meds) and having tears/stitches? I had 2 natural births, 8lbs and 8.11lbs, and escaped with no tears or stitches. Not sure what this says about the width of my downstairs though 😂😂
