What do you know about them? I’m 35 and TTC did my third. Do you take CoQ10 and/or maca root if you have a regular cycle? I took Chaste tree when I was irregular for my first. Now I am like clockwork and don’t want to mess that up. Should I put my hub on CoQ10?
