So I’m very tiny but am trying to gain weight. Gaining has always been so hard for me to do, especially since I started cycling. I want to gain weight in the right areas, so I’m considering protein shakes to help me out. What are some of your favorite protein shakes or meals? I’ve been having a peanutbutter banana milkshake & its great & all, I’m just tired of it lol.
