Hardest transition for # of kids?

I have 2 kids and it has been SO much harder of a transition than I had thought it would be. My husband and I have always said we wanted 4-5 kids but with the ppd/ppa I’ve been really struggling since having our second baby and I don’t know if we can handle having anymore.

0-1 just came kind of natural to me, was really easy 
1-2 was the same
2-3 I started feeling like I was being pulled in too many directions and not able to offer as much focus as I hoped 
3-4 I’m scared of!  My first two are teens but my one year old has CP so it’s constant appointments.  Siblings are NOT allowed at appointments and dad can’t take off work for 4-5 appointments/therapies a week to take him or watch the new baby.  Hoping that changes or I have no idea how well get his therapies in.  I already am having troubles scheduling doctor appointments for myself as my little isn’t allowed at the office.  Covid has made this so much harder than it needs to be.

I have 6 kids. 12,9,6,3 and twin 1yr old. My hardest was 1 to 2.. anything after that I just got them in the schedule of the day. It can be crazy with all noise but yet they all love and spend time together. I had PPD and ptsd from my oldest because she wa sborn with 3 heart defects and well we went through hell for the 1st yr... my doctor knew about my ppd so that helped with the other births going in knowing to watch for it.

I only have 2 so far but 0-1 and 1-2 were easy to us 🤷🏻‍♀️😬 like super
