I’m 18 and virgin. I’m finally ready to have sex with my bf I’ve been dating for two years. I am worried about bleeding. I feeling like I will bleed a lot. Advice? Help?

I bled but not too much just got on the condom thankfully but We didn’t do any foreplay so I wasn’t wet when he went in which I believe made the bleeding worse tbh so definitely do some foreplay and relax

You might bleed. Just be sure to have lots of foreplay, condom safe lube if you want lube, use a condom even if you’re on birth control, a trash can in the room for quick and easy disposal of said condom, and try your best to relax. Best way to remember to relax is if you notice you’re clenching your jaw. Try to unclench and just breathe through it. 
I lost my virginity to a friend and didn’t put a towel down. Once he left I stripped my bed and used a tide pen to get the blood out of my sheets and it came out just fine. I also didn’t bleed a lot. Everyone’s different but the advice I gave you is advice I didn’t have (except the condom thing) so it wasn’t exactly an amazing experience for me. But there was minimal blood and not a bunch of pain. It definitely would have been even less painful if I chose to lose it to someone who cared a bit more about my pleasure than the guy I was with.
