Nose piercing infection

I have my nose pierced and it constantly gets infected, and I get a bump which feels painful. I use to make a salt and powder aspirin solution to treat it which worked(got it off the internet) but it no longer does the job. Any recommendations on how to treat it?

I use good quality jewelry.

I Keep it clean (sometimes I have my lazy days )

I heard tree oil is good but I’ve also heard it a no no.
