He’s not responsible or he secretly wants me to get pregnant?

Dating a guy for 9 months, he’s 29... the thing that surprise me that he never use condoms and he finish inside me more than 4 times everytime. Isn’t it weird? 
Honestly secretly I want to get pregnant.  
That’s why I don’t mind when he finish inside me.
Edit: he knows am NOT on a birth control.
Also to add with my EX I got pregnant so fast by mistake not planned. But ended in miscarriage but this guy sometimes it’s my ovulation day but I never got pregnant..
You think he knows that he have a problem that he can’t have kids? That’s why he doesn’t mind??

You should definitely talk to him. A guy wanting to go unprotected so early can be a red flag. You haven’t been dating for really all that long and adding a baby into a newer relationship can make things really complicated fast.

Why don’t you ask him and tell him that you want a baby so you purposely let him finish. It’s not ok to trick or not tell someone you’re wanting to get pregnant and let them finish in you. Does he think you’re on birth control or have you had a conversation about it?

Well unless he thinks your on birth control I’m sure he knows that’s how babies are made, I’d talk to him about it if you guys really do want a child. It’s a huge decision and something that should be talked about
