Bleeding 13 weeks

So last night I rushed to the hospital got up felt a small leak went to toilet and had pinkish watery stuff and the bowl clots and blood went in all they did was bloods no scan. Went for scan today through doctor bubs wad ok heart rate 165 measuring right still so nerves that something going to happen any body else who been through this or going through this.
