Hi all I'm just curious on this particular topic
I have a 28 day cycle
on cycle day 28 I spot brown blood, next morning it's normal color period
So my question is do I count cycle day 28 brown spotting as cycle day 1
Or
Cycle day 29 as cycle day 1
I'm confused 🤷♀️
Please comment as I'm really confused as I was told any blood brown or red spotting is cycle day 1
Other posts say spotting is not cycle day 1....im confused
