Announcing??

So this is my third, but its my partners first! Yay! And itll be his parents first grandbaby! So we've made a special plan to announce it to them! Its their wedding anniversary coming up, so we got them a goody bag (ill attach photos) and I wrote a note, and added a dummy! Will be taking a digital test tomorrow to add to the gift bag. I'm so so super excited! Anyone else planning something special? Photos please!

Me! In about two weeks my sister is coming to town and she’s the only one out of my whole family that already knows. So when she does, we are gonna get together one day for dinner and game night (we are a small family and it’s only my immediate family and we are all very careful) anyway! I’m gonna wear a tshirt all casually and wait until someone noticed it...  but the fine print will be a bit smaller and instead of “I’m pregnant” it will say “little one coming Oct 2021” or something like that...

This is so so lovely 😍 what a beautiful idea 💕 I wish I had done something like this!!! I just saw my positive test and rang my mum in tears (happy ones 😂) I said mum I need you, I'm excited but I'm scared 😂😂😂 never have I need my mummy so much and im 30 😂🙈 this is such a beautiful surprise they will be thrilled for you both x

I really haven’t given it any thought. We might wait until we are 16 weeks and hopefully know the gender... but we haven’t really discussed it. Definitely not before 12 weeks and the NIPT Test. After that we will see. We live abroad and thanks to Covid we don’t see the family very often. So we might as well wait longer just to be ok the safer side. 
But I never understood the need for anything special. The news itself is big enough for most family, I don’t think we will do anything apart from “oh hey btw Josephine is going to be a big sister soon” :)
