Line progression/cramps

Does line progression matter? I’m 4w2d and cramping! I know cramping is normal but I cramp all day 1-10 it’s about a 3-4 no spotting . I’m a ftm can you share your experiences? Also my lines look about the same. Top test Monday bottom today does it matter sense it’s not getting lighter?
