Best product for baby acne?

My little 4 week old has acne pretty bad and I was wondering if anyone knows of anything to help the acne?? I’ve tried breast milk, doesn’t seem to make a difference :(

It will go away on its own. Putting things on it can make it worse. We would take a warm wash cloth and wipe her face in the morning at night to keep it clean. By 6 months it should be gone. It's normal
