Hey girls! Not trying to be gross but I’m very wary first trimester ( don’t really have a an idea but less then 8 weeks. Is this concerning? That’s only for about 30 mins. I know it’s TP but I wasn’t home when I noticed and I didn’t have anything with me. Should I call my OB or go to the ER?

Call your midwife/OB and see what they suggest, because the ER can't do much for you. Unfortunately. I had a loss prior to my daughter so when I got pregnant after my daughter and I started bleeding at 8 weeks 4 days, we rushed to the ER. They did an ultrasound. All they said was unspecified bleeding during pregnancy but the baby was where the baby needed to be. I kept my first appointment at 9 weeks with my OB where we learned the baby, while being where it should be, stopped growing 3 weeks earlier. I was actively in the middle of a missed miscarriage and the ER just said "unspecified bleeding, baby is where baby should be." Nothing more. They probably aren't trained to tell you more than that because they're an ER and not an OB/midwife office. That's not meant to scare you, but to illustrate the fact that the ER can't do much for you in these situations. For sure call your midwife/OB and see what they suggest. Bleeding/spotting during pregnancy can happen for various reasons. Some not so serious, some more serious. Always report bleeding/spotting to your OB/midwife. They can help identify the reason and tell you the next steps.
