Food/Workout Regiment
Hi all,
I’m looking for any ideas and tips on how best to supplement my body. Currently when I’m on my period and few days before I feel extremely tired and when it starts I feel tired a bit weak, almost shaky(lack of iron I assume). Do y’all have an food tips, people you follow, or whatever else to help feel as normal as possible when you’re on your period or about to start?
