How to announce to sister?

I’m extremely close with my sister. Before, she has already said to me that if ever I turn up with a gift or something out of the blue she will know I’m pregnant immediately. I want to do a cool announcement that she won’t guess straight away ! But I cannot get a gift for her. Any ideas?

Last time my sister sent me a “guess the image” slide show
So it was like an extreme close up of an orange 
And then a photo pulled back showing “an orange!” 
Then like a flower, then a yo-yo, etc
Until the very end it was an extreme close up of two hands holding
The next slide was a photo of her and her husband and it said “Two very happy parents to be!”

Would food make her suspicious. You could take donuts and get donut holes and put them in the hole and write a note inside. It wouldn’t look over the top to walk in somewhere with donuts it wouldn’t be like a wrapped gift.

What about a mug that says on the inside at the bottom "you're going to be an auntie" then invite her over for a coffee and catch up at your house, then you just have to wait for her to finish her coffee 😁
