Bab formula advice please

I’m using this formula. I need to store this bottle in the refrigerator. When I feed my baby, I use a bottle warmer to heat up the formula in his bottles.

My question is, when we aren’t home, how can I bring bottles out for him? The bottle warmer is for home use only. The bottle the formula comes in, needs to be refrigerated. And I use a bottle warmer before he eats. I just don’t know how I’ll be able to prepare bottles for him while we have outings.

I’m a new first time mom with no family/friends.
