Period

I’m on IUD for like 7 months now give or take, my period cycles are a little crazy, for the first few months I would have my period that lasted about a week and 2 weeks later I got another period that lasted a week while usually my period only lasted for 4-5 days. Now last month my period was late for like 2 weeks and then I got my period and today is day 8, should I be concern and see my doctor? Also I got my period after I carried something heavy and spotting a few hours after I carried something heavy and a day or two later I got my period.
