If you have a positive test already it wouldn’t be implantation since implantation occurs before you get a positive pregnancy test. This is pregnancy spotting which is normal if you don’t have any bad cramping or pain. If you feel you need to get checked I would call your Obgyn just to make sure everything is fine.
