6 week post csection bleeding

I am 6 weeks post csection and I’m bleeding like crazy.

I had sex for the first time since and right after started to have heavy bright pink/red bleeding. It’s been 2 days and my whole body aches like crazy.

Got the aokay from my OB/GYN 3 days ago to have sex even though I was still having brown bleeding.

He said it wasn’t my period when I was in.

I don’t know if I should be worried about the intense bleeding, it’s to the point where I can’t even get up and around to take care of my baby sometimes I’m in so much pain. I don’t know if it’s just my period and I forgot what it’s like.

Some insight would be so helpful on what to do.
