Hey mamas! We just found out my daughter is allergic to cows milk protein and she is now on Similac Alimentum, so I am trying to dry up my milk. I have heard that you can take Sudafed to help with this- does anyone have experience with this? Or any other tips and tricks to make this as pain-free as possible. Thank you 💙
